All products are subject to stock availability. Although we aim to deliver in 7-17 working days on rare occasions products have lead times. Please check with us by using the contact us page before ordering if your order is of an urgent nature. Any damage to goods in transit must be reported immeadiatley upon recipt of the item.

Delivery charges apply to all products, due to our vast product range and qualtitys ordered, charges may vary. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Some of our products are palletised and wrapped securley. Charges for pallets are 2-16 chairs £40+VAT. 17-48 £60+VAT, 49-64 £120+V AT. For larger quantitys please call for a quotation.

Office Screens - Quantitys over 50 screens delivery is free. For smaller orders please contact us for a quotation.

All goods are subject to availability. All goods remain the property of Claremont Upholstery until payment has been made in full. We reserve the right to enter the customer's premises to reposses any unpaid items. As a result of Claremont Upholstery using different suppliers, goods may vary from those shown.

Claremont Upholstery reserve the right to issue an invoice, you must pay within 30 days of the invoice note. Claremont Upholstery may charge 4% above the base lending rate of HSBC of any amount not recieved by the due date. Delivery goods held in good faith but are not the subject of any warrenty or condition. Carriage chrges are made to the customer at cost to Claremont Upholstery.

Claremont Upholstery will not be held responsible for loss of monies due to late delivery of goods, all delivery dates can change due to weather conditions for imported items.

Telephone calls may be recorded and used for training or monitoring purposes. Claremont Upholstery reserve the right to decline credit terms.
